Refund policy

• Claims Damaged/Defective Items: These must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. If the issue is deemed an error on Anointed Not Averages' part, it will be covered at our expense.
• Disclaimer for Klarna Purchases: Items purchased with Klarna have 30 days from date of delivery to return for a full refund. Restock fees, credit/exchange is not applicable for Klarna purchases. 
• Lost in Transit: Claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
• Wrong Address: If an insufficient address is provided, the shipment will be returned to our processing facility, and you will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed.
• Unclaimed Shipments: These are returned to  processing facility, and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment.
• Returned by Customer: Anointed not Average does not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion.
